Born in 1957 with Nasaud (department of Bistrita- Nasaud, Romania),

- scientific Vat in "Liviu Rebreanu", in the town of Bistrita (diploma of merit in 1976).

- Studies of cybernetics to the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest.

- Diploma in political economy and cybernetics in 1980.

- Poet, novelist, journalist in the newspaper industry (between 1980 -2002) and director of television (1992 -2002).

- Since October 2002, diplomatic in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs Romanian, posts some as diplomat with the Embassy from Romania in Paris. (Diplomat for the political Businesses, the press and communication, attached for teaching and research, associations and Diasporas Rumanian.

Member of the National Federation of the Writers by profession since 1979, in the Association of the Writers of Bucharest.

Member of the National Federation of the Journalists of Romania. And Poet, novelist, journalist, director of television.

Specialist in international politics and geostrategy, doctorate in progress at the University of Craiova, since 2003 (Romania and the Arab world).

The thirty last years testified to the presence of Cleopatra Lorintiu in the literary and cultural press by articles, tests, of reports and of interview as a journalist and publicity agent.
