Dimitrie Cantemir Writer, humanistic, encyclopedist


Born on October 26, 1673 in the department from Falciu, currently the department of Vaslui, in Romania
Died on August 21, 1723 with Harkov in Russia.

Dimitrie Cantemir is most important humanistic Rumanian of the feudal period of the Rumanian Principalities.
